Registration and Packet Pick-up:

Friday Feb 15, 4:30 - 6:30pm at Cowan's Ford Golf Club.

Saturday Feb 16, until 8:45am at Cowan's Ford Country Club Tennis Courts.

Time: 5K  9:30 AM; Fun Run 9:00 AM.

Course Description

Location: Cowan's Ford Country Club (CFCC) http://cowansford.com/

Course: Slightly hilly, starts near the clubhouse and goes through the beautiful CFCC neighborhood overlooking the golf course and finishes at the tennis courts.

Fun Run: 1 mile run on the banks of Lake Norman

Age Groups: Individual & Couples Age Groups:
10 & under; 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 & above.
