____________________________________________________________________________ Priorities for Make-up Days: Make-up days will be determined on an "as-needed" basis. Notification of School Closings Notice of school closings will be posted on the LCS Hompage: www.lincoln.k12.nc.us , and broadcast on WBTV Channel 3, WSOC Channel 9, WCNC Channel 36, and the following radio stations: WLON 1050 AM, WBT 1110 AM, WCSL 1590 AM, WBT 99.3 FM, and WSOC 103.7 FM. These closings will be announced as soon as a decision is made. Communication will also be made directly to the students home via ConnectEd regarding school closings, delays and other important information. Please do not call the television and radio stations as this will jam phone lines and possibly prevent schools from promptly relaying announcements to the stations for broadcasting. The television and radio stations will not release school closing information over the telephone. |
